This Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers of children who reside in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean or Bayswater.
This one-off workshop supports you in understanding the emotions that show up in both yourself and your adolescent.
Through the evidence-based approach of emotion coaching, we explore how to respond to emotions in ways that foster emotional intelligence, strengthen your connection, and build resilience. You'll walk away with practical strategies to support your adolescent's emotional development and create a more connected, emotionally supportive environment.
