    Do you want to learn how to talk more about your emotions?

    Join this free session, presented in Cantonese, for Monash undergraduate International students!

    Begin your understanding of your Emotion Journey here.

    About this Event

    This friendly workshop is run by a professional Cantonese-speaking facilitator and will take place via Zoom. Students will also receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the Workshop.

    This program will improve your emotional literacy and develop your skills on how to cope with stress. You will also be provided with tips on how to access support for your friends and learn the links between emotions, thoughts, physical reactions and behaviours.

    Perfect for students who want to strengthen their relationships, increase their happiness scale and improve their academic performance. You’ll also be taught to develop strategies to change and manage dysregulated emotions.

    This 1.5 hour workshop is free and available to Peninsula and Caulfield, undergraduate, Cantonese-speaking, International students. A Mandarin session will also run on August 2.

    This workshop is limited to 25 students so sign up now.
