Emotions are an essential part of being human. Some argue that they are a trait or attribute that make us as human as possible. These are extremely powerful energy bundles that can be locked up in your brain controlled by various factors, from external stimuli to natural hormones within the human body. The human mind finds the workplace environment challenging. It's high-stress by its very nature. There is constant social interaction and heavy crunch times from overbearing deadlines.
