Emotions. Emotions are a characteristic that all humans possess and makes them stand out from almost any other species or creature on the planet. The brain's natural interactions with neurons and hormones within it, as well as external stimuli, are what a person's emotions draw from. They can be used to fuel complex tasks that require immense energy and ideas.

However, this powerful tool can be a double-edged weapon. Incorrect use or misuse of these tools can cause problems in personal relationships, social situations, and even in the workplace. Unskilled management emotions in the workplace can place undue stress on an already fragile work environment, breeding more toxicity, resentment, and delays. Most importantly, poorly understood or misdiagnosed emotional Stress within colleagues, employees, and associates can lead to problems within the corporate structure and, worse, cause irreparable, if not permanent, harm to those affected.
