Doc will dive into the layers of unseen labor that go into being a Domme, whether lifestyle, professional, or both. This class explores ways in which the identities of Domme and sub influence power dynamics and the layers of created structure.

Doc will discuss what emotional labor can look like and resources will be provided to offload the burden of some of that work in D/s systems. The class will also explore ways in which Dommes can know their activation cues and center themselves when the pull is to feed into social norms to do extra work that is not theirs to carry.

This course is designed for any and all sides of the slash.

@DocDomina is a ProDomme, professional bodybuilder, clinical psychologist, and social justice advocate and consultant. Her work sits at the intersection of identity, kink awareness, and embodiment, with a focus on harmonizing mind and body through holistic approaches.

She facilitates education and play grounded in Radical Acceptance, particularly for individuals and communities historically marginalized, using kink as a vehicle for growth, safety, and self understanding.
