Meet Rebecca
Hi, I’m Rebecca Holliday, a certified riders&elephants certified consultant based in the UK.
I specialise in helping leaders and teams thrive through emotional culture. When we support how people feel, we unlock how they perform, connect and grow.
Over the past three years, I’ve facilitated hundreds of people across diverse sectors to strengthen their emotional culture and build more connected, high-performing teams.

Unfortunately, ECD Certified Consultants don’t offer refunds for this workshop experience.Â
However, you may send someone else in your place to this workshop if you cannot attend for any reason.
You must notify Rebecca to advise you will not attend the workshop and the name of the person that will attend in your spot.
If you cannot attend the workshop, and no one attends in your place, Rebecca will post your ECD Emotional Leadership Development Workshop Kit to you so you don’t miss out completely.
In the very unlikely event that the workshop has to be cancelled, your place will automatically transfer to the next available date. If you’re unable to attend the new date, just get in touch and we’ll arrange a refund for you.
