Introducing the first in a powerful new masterclass series: a two-hour transformative experience led by ADHD coach John Harrington and breathwork facilitator Martin O’Toole.

With an estimated 2.6 million people in the UK living with ADHD — and some waiting up to eight years for diagnosis — many are turning toward embodied, medicine-free alternatives. For aeons, yogis and wisdom keepers have used breathwork to calm the mind, regulate the body, and access deeper states of awareness. Since 2019, breathwork has seen a global surge in popularity, rising over 400% as more people seek tools for nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

This session is designed not just for neurodivergent minds but for anyone with a dysregulated nervous system seeking reset and calm in a fast-paced, overstimulating world. Conscious connected breathwork doesn’t cater to one neurotype — it bypasses mental noise entirely, reaching the parts of us that language and logic often can’t.

The experience begins with an hour of strategic clarity, led by John — sharp, insight-driven coaching to reframe and refocus. Then, for two hours, you’ll be guided through a profoundly immersive Emotional Release Breathwork journey, led by Martin — known for his sold-out weekly sessions at Bali’s renowned Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Centre — with support from his partner, Julia.
