This guided Emotional Release Breathwork workshop is for people who feel as though they have been carrying too much for too long – whether you know it or not.

That's a key point, you know? We're hardwired to take a lot. And society tells us it's not okay to feel, to express those feelings. That would be weakness, right?

No. That's not right at all.

We carry too much, and we stuff that stuff down inside.

And the inconvenient truth is this: stress, anxiety, grief, frustration, anger, shame, emotional fatigue, and mental overload do not live only in the mind.

They leave their mark on the body, too. The body keeps the score.

And, if left unchecked, the cost of that ongoing dis-ease can be very high indeed.

This session offers a way to work with stuck energy – emotion – using your breath.

It helps create space for release, regulation, and reconnection.

You may find this workshop supportive – perhaps even transformational – if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally blocked, burnt out, disconnected, stuck, or simply in need of a reset.

No experience is needed. Beginners are very welcome.

You need not have awareness of a "trauma".

You need be a yogi, spiritual, or familiar with breathwork at all. I will teach the practice before we begin and guide the session throughout.

This trauma-informed practice is hosted by partners, Martin O'Toole and Julia Louise, trained practitioners in integrative psychology, breathwork, bodywork, and integration.
