We understand that being in business and leading through a time of crisis can take its toll on any individual, regardless of how resilient you may be. This 3-hour workshop will introduce business leaders and staff to the theory of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Resilience, drawing from both Neuroscience and Positive Psychology. We will share techniques that can assist you to flourish in a crisis, and in a world full of uncertainty. We will look at some of the research on how to further grow these concepts within the workplace culture along with understanding the core concepts of both Emotional Intelligence and Resilience.
