Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive (ALTOONA, PA)

This Foundation Intensive meets IN PERSON at Vineyard Altoona on Friday, October 23 from 8:30 AM-6:00 PM and Saturday, October 24 from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM EST.

EF Foundation is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts. 

*Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative! 

*Continental breakfast, lunch, and light snacks will be provided each day! Childcare is not available for this experience.

*Friday's session will begin at 8:30 AM with breakfast and the intensive will begin at 9:00 AM. Saturday's session will begin at 8:30 AM with breakfast and we will have brief musical worship before the start of the intensive at 9:00 AM.  

*Parking is located in the back of the building. The Foundation Intensive will be held in the sanctuary.
