Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive (ARVADA, CO)

This Foundation Intensive meets IN PERSON at the Arvada Vineyard on Friday, September 18, from 4:30-9:00 PM MST and Saturday, September 19, from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM MST.

EF Foundation is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts. 

*Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative! Dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday will be provided. Childcare is not available for this experience.
