Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive - FRESNO, CA

Join us for an Emotionally Focused Foundation Intensive lead by our team at Midtown Vineyard Church. This Intensive meets IN PERSON at University Vineyard Church on Friday, August 1st from 8:30a-4:30p PST & Saturday, August 2nd from 8:30-3p PST.  

EF Foundation is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time, small group sharing and opportunities for coaching, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts. 

**This experience can be intense and may bring up uncomfortable/painful memories. Sensitive subjects may be discussed in small group. The Small group time is designed to give some space for each person to share parts of their story with as much honesty and integrity as they can. Respectful listening from all group members is expected. 

Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the content is cumulative and you will gather with the same small group each session! Lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided each day! Childcare is not available for this experience.
