Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive (Ft. Collins, CO)

This Foundation Intensive meets IN PERSON at Vineyard Church of the Rockies in Ft. Collins, CO on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 4:00-9:00 PM MT and Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM MT. Doors will open on Friday Feb. 27 at 7:30 AM for breakfast snacks and setting in.

EF Foundation is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts. 

*Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative! Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided each day. Childcare is not available for this experience. Greeters will be available on-site to assist with finding the meeting space and on-site parking is available.
