Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive (LANCASTER, OH)

This Foundation Intensive meets IN PERSON at Lancaster Vineyard Church in Lancaster, OH on Friday, August 14 from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST and Saturday, August 15 from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST. Doors will open at 8:30 AM both days and a light breakfast will be served.

EF Foundation is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts. 

*Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative! Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided each day! Childcare is not available for this experience.
