Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive - SYRACUSE, NY

This Foundation Intensive meets IN PERSON at Syracuse Vineyard Church - State Fair Site on Friday, May 2 from 3:45p -9:00p EST & Saturday, May 4 from 8:30-4:15p EST 

EF Foundation is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts. 

*This experience can be intense and may bring up uncomfortable/painful memories. Sensitive subjects may be discussed in small group. The Small group time is designed to give some space for each person to share parts of their story with as much honesty and integrity as they can. Respectful listening from all group members is expected. 

* Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative.  You will meet with the same small group each day, and consistent attention is important to the process! 

*Dinner will be provided on Friday evening, and breakfast (bagels & yogurt bar) and lunch will be provided on Saturday. Childcare is not available for this experience.
