Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive - VANCOUVER, WA

This Foundation Intensive meets IN PERSON at Vancouver Vineyard Church on Monday, February 24 from 8:30a-4:30p PT & Tuesday, February 25 from 8:30-3p PT. 

EF Foundation is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts. 

* Note: *This experience can be intense and may bring up uncomfortable/painful memories. Sensitive subjects may be discussed in small group.  Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative.  You will meet with the same small group each day, and consistent attention is important to the process! 

Lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided each day! Childcare is not provided for this event.
