Sustainable Leadership Series: Employee Engagement & CSR
Event description
Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility:ย
Why, how, and what else?
in Partnership with Prof Debbie Haski-Leventhal, Macquarie Business School
Employee engagement is sometimes referred to as the holy grail for todayโs business leader, and for good reason. According to Gallup, a highly engaged workforce means the difference between a company that outperforms its competitors and one that fails to grow.ย ย
So what are high performing organizations doing to address the issue?ย
According to EY and Harvard Business Review research, 89% of executives surveyed said a strong sense of collective purpose drives employee satisfaction; 84 per cent said it can affect an organizationโs ability to transform, and 80 per cent said it helps increase customer loyalty.
For the next three parts of our Sustainable Leadership series, Communiteer, in partnership with Macquarie Business School will host a series of webinars, discussing the ground-breaking ways of engaging employees with corporate social responsibility.ย
Join us for this highly interactive discussion with a panel of experts, to get deeper insights into how leaders are collaborating across the industry to deliver an engaging employee experience.
