    How can employees influence their organisation in taking climate action? How can you as an organisation engage your employees in your transition to net zero?

    Tune into this session to learn from experts in the field on why employees are critical to climate action. Hear directly from businesses who have undertaken employee sustainability programmes and explore how you can use one of the most effective levers we have - employees - to transition to a zero carbon, healthier planet.

    Drew Wilkinson is Founder of the Climate Leadership Collective, providing consulting services for employee engagement, helping organisations make sustainability part of everybody's job. He spent 7 years at Microsoft where he co-founded the company's first global employee sustainability community and grew it to 10,000 members - one of the largest and most influential green teams in the world - while cementing its status as a central part of the company's sustainability strategy. 

    Geraint Rowland
    is an environmental professional with a steadfast commitment to safeguarding our planet. As Group Environmental Director at Costain Group, he oversees environmental legislation compliance and environmental risk management at Contain. Ensuring they have effective systems in place and keeping them at the forefront of environmental best practice.

    Jo Hand is co-founder of Giki, a mission-driven B-Corp that helps businesses engage their employees on sustainability. Jo has worked in sustainability for 20 years, and was on the leadership team of the Carbon Disclosure Project, the defacto global carbon reporting platform. 

    Jennifer Allyn is a climate champion working to unlock corporate influence to address the crisis at scale. She is Director of Programs and Campaigns at ClimateVoice, which galvanizes employees to push their companies to lobby for bold and equitable climate policy. 

    Aiyana Bodi works on Employee Engagement at Project Drawdown, the world’s leading resource for climate solutions. Aiyana works with corporate partners and their employees to scale climate solutions in more meaningful and impactful ways. 

    Ellen Shenette is Director and Net Zero Action Accelerator at the Environmental Defense Fund, which is designed to arm companies with the climate implementation and innovation capacity needed to set us on a path to net zero emissions by 2050.

    Tessa Vincent is Policy and Engagement Lead at the Race to Zero and is committed to purpose-driven projects that deliver better outcomes for planet and people. Race to Zero mobilises non-state actors (including cities, businesses, investors and educational and healthcare institutions) to halve emissions by 2030.
