Join us for our next one-hour seminar covering the distinction between employees and contractors, the legal test and ‘deemed employees’.

Following the recent Court of Appeal Uber driver decision, this webinar will assist businesses who engage contractors to ensure they are getting it right from the start. In this webinar, we will cover:

The legal definition of employee and contractor, and how this applies in practice

Challenging the contractor status;

Key considerations by the Court in determining whether a contractor is deemed an employee;

Recent cases where a successful employee determination has been brought; and
The implications of getting it wrong.

Please feel free to pass this invitation on to others who may be interested in attending.
