So much has changed over the past 10 years in the electrical industry, but one thing that hadn’t, was the training package. In October 2020, the Australian Government approved the new electrical training package, with important updates in renewable energies, safety and current installation practices.

This means that all apprentices will need to be transitioned to the new training package by October 2022. While this seems a while away, we need to start the process now, which will impact your apprentice.

To assist us, and ensure your apprentices’ training is on track, we invite you to a Employer Info evening, where we will run through the big changes, and what you will need to know about your apprentice as we transition them to the new package.
