Kia ora! Work Ready Kāpiti is excited to announce our next #EmployerMeet on the 3rd of September!

Employer registrations are now open!

What: This is a free "speed-meet" styled evening that connects youth and employers, providing opportunities for them to learn about your industry, practise interview skills and forge valuable connections.

Where: This #EmployerMeet is being held at Paraparaumu College - 151 Mazengarb Road, Paraparaumu 5032

When: Wednesday 3rd September, 2025, 9:00am-10:30am

Who: This event is open to all Kāpiti based businesses large or small, and rangatahi aged 15-24 years old. All Kāpiti-based employers are invited to register and can attend solo or with a colleague.

What to expect: Employers will get the chance to sit and chat to rangatahi to get a glimpse of what they have to offer - you might even meet a potential new apprentice or employee! We will provide light refreshments and the opportunity to network with other local employers, all while supporting local rangatahi to become work ready.

What to bring: You are welcome to bring any banners or business collateral to have at your station.

How to register: Simply hit "Register" and answer some quick questions about yourself and your business.
