A fun filled school holiday workshop for girls aged 7-10, helping to quell anxiety, build resilience, self-esteem and empowerment at a critical time in a young girls development. In this workshop your child will have the opportunity to connect with likeminded girls, gain access to powerful tools (that actually work!) and discover their power, ultimately planting a seed for their life's journey, enabling them to shine their light bright.

About the Facilitator:

Amy Lou Wilson is the founder of Yoga Seeds, and a Certified Level 1 Adults Yoga Teacher (Power Living and Yoga Australia), Level 1 Wellness Coach (Wellness Coaching Australia), and is a qualified Children’s Yoga Teacher, having completed multiple children’s yoga trainings with both Rainbow Kids Yoga and Inspired Kids Yoga & Zenergy Yoga Therapy.

She also holds a Performing Arts Degree from the Australian Academy of Dramatic Art, Cert 3 and 4 Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness and has a passion for children's & adolescent mental health and physical wellbeing. She has extensive experience with children, having taught yoga in C&K kindergartens & primary schools, is a mum of two and also having worked in a voluntary capacity as a 'Pyjama Angel' for the Pyjama Foundation - an organisation dedicated to improve the lives and outcomes of children in foster care.

She is also the Chief QLD facilitator of Yellow Lantern Public Speaking for Children.

Amy combines her passions of physical health, mental wellbeing and performance to create a dynamic space designed to help children & teens realise their potential and power.

What to bring?

A water bottle, lunch & snacks. A healthy afternoon snack will be provided during a mindful tasting session in the early afternoon, so please let me know if there are any allergies.

Parking: There is on street parking in Princess St, Paddington beside the building. For a quick drop off, there is also a paid carpark first left on Princess if coming off Given Terrace under the building. Fit Village is located up the stairs above the F45 studio. Stairs also to the building via the carpark.
