The ‘Empower & Elevate: Women in Finance’ leadership series consists of three tailored events, each addressing a unique aspect of leadership development. The third and final event ‘Male Allyship’ will take place on Tuesday 22 July 2025.

The business case for inclusive leadership has never been more compelling. It enables organisations to better anticipate and adapt to change, drive innovation, and achieve — or even exceed — financial performance goals. Historically, the push for inclusion has been championed by women and underrepresented groups. This panel explores the critical role men can play in embedding inclusive leadership into their everyday practices — and why this is not just a “nice to have,” but an essential capability for success in today’s evolving workforce, customer base, and stakeholder landscape.

Join us for the third event of the leadership series, led by the Financial Services Council (FSC), FSC’s Empower Women and INFINZ, to share in the successes and learnings of our panellists - unlocking inclusive leadership capability, mastering the art of allyship and enhancing leadership effectiveness for positive change and financial success within their organisations.
