Event description

Join us for this event "Empower & Uplift: An evening of Well-Being" on R U OK? Day.

You'll enjoy an evening in the beautiful space of City Cave Balmain, and learn all about their wellbeing services, including a tour for new visitors. Meredith from Elemental Chiropractic will demonstrate the importance of regular adjustments to promote performance, healing and optimal health naturally, and you'll see a live adjustment. 

Special Guest, Emma Nedov, an Olympic Gymnast who recently returned from Paris. Emma will discuss her journey to make the games through injury and retirement to a nine month program to make the team. She will also talk about the importance of all different health services and nutrition and how it plays such an important role in mental and physical wellbeing.

Come and enjoy R U OK? Day with fellow community and business people.

Sip on Nudeherbs tonics & herbal teas, and light refreshments will be served. 

FREE for BRCC members and non-members. Spaces are limited.
