Join us for the EmpowerHer Full Day Workshop, facilitated by Mariana Lennert, a Women’s Empowerment Coach and Master Facilitator with over a decade of experience.

EmpowerHer is a nourishing event for women that will inspire confidence to unleash your unapologetic self and motivate you to improve your life, even if you lack clear direction.

In this full-day event, we will cover:

• The Women’s Wheel of Empowerment: A powerful tool to help you gain clarity across the 8 pillars to live a life of alignment so you can feel empowered in who you are.
• The Codes of Feminine Embodiment: A feminine approach to mindset. How you can create safety in your body, and how can you use tools to expand your energetic capacity to receive and hold more of your desires.
• The Activation of the Feminine Internal Compass: A beautiful process to activate your inner compass for life direction, to feel peace and grounded.

The WHY behind it all:

I know your story because I’ve been there myself. Life wasn’t as it appears today. A few years back, my world was incredibly different.

I remember leaving my law career in Brazil to follow my curiosity and come to Australia. My life in Australia became quickly established as I married, had children, and started our Martial Arts Academy business.

Even though my life seemed perfect from the outside, inside, I felt lost, and disconnected, constantly experiencing panic attacks, and my entire life felt like it was collapsing.

I knew I needed to transform and reconnect to my power. So, I went ALL IN.

Ten years ago, I began a journey of self-improvement, constantly expanding my knowledge, rewriting old stories, mastering my mindset and my health, and elevating my energetic capacity. This journey has brought me a sense of peace and grounding, making me feel confident, magnetic, and radiant. I’ve become a present mother, my friendships are real and deep, and my sensuality and intimacy are embodied. The depth of faith, trust, and connection to myself and the universe is profound.

All of this has brought me home to the woman I truly am, and this is why I’ve created this event! I am obsessed with empowering women and I desire to share my experience and help more women experience their own homecoming.

I believe the tools I embody and teach enable us to be our best selves and live our purpose. I am excited to support and inspire other women to connect to the feminine power within each of them.

Important Information:

• Please arrive at 9am
• Free Parking is located at the back of the venue (see attached map)
• Bring yoga mat, notebook, pen and water bottle
• Dress to express your feminine radiance
• Bring layers of clothes and a small blanket for afternoon processes
• Tea and coffee provided
• BYO lunch recommended (fridge on site)

Mariana Lennert is a Women's Empowerment Mentor and Master Facilitator within the Personal Development Industry.
