Step into a sacred gathering of women, united by the power of connection and the wisdom of sisterhood. With the ocean as our backdrop and the earth beneath our feet, this circle offers a transformative space to realign, recharge, and awaken your inner power. Through guided practices, soulful connection, and shared intention, we invite you to reconnect with your authentic self and embrace the magic within.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Welcome Circle: Begin with an intentional gathering, where we open the space with shared introductions, grounding, and a heartfelt welcome. Together, we will create a foundation of trust and connection for the journey ahead.

Hypnosis: Led by Sarah F, this powerful session invites you to step out of the mind and into your heart. Release limiting beliefs, honour the stories that have shaped you, and let go of what no longer serves you. Through this process, you will awaken the courage to embody your unique essence and call forth your higher self to guide you in your journey of transformation.

Breath, Embodiment, and Sound Alchemy: Facilitated by Suzannah Ananda, this experience combines the transformative practices of breathwork, mindful movement, and sound healing. Through the breath, you will release blockages and connect deeply with your body. Through embodiment, you will awaken your inner wisdom. Through sound alchemy, you will harmonize your energy and unlock the healing power of your voice. This session is designed to help you reclaim your inner strength and step fully into your personal power.

Storytime Journey: A time to surrender and receive, guided by Sarah J. Through a shamanic storytime experience, you will reconnect with the roots of your being and meet the magic of your ancestors. Their wisdom and love will serve as a guiding force, reminding you of the strength and beauty that resides within you. This journey is a space of reflection, healing, and reclamation.

Closing Circle: Conclude the gathering with a closing ceremony, reflecting on the transformation experienced and setting intentions for the path ahead.

WHAT TO BRING

Bathers (for an ocean swim afterwards), a towel, yoga mat, or blanket to sit on, water, a hat/sunscreen, and a musical instrument (optional).

This is more than an event. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with your essence, access your inner power, and embrace the healing energy of sisterhood. Together, we will weave a space of empowerment, transformation, and unity.

All proceeds from this event will go to Zarah House, a domestic violence charity, to support other sisters who need us. By participating, you are not only investing in your own growth but also contributing to the lives of women and families in need of healing and support.
