Event description

Growing minds often have big feelings that can be challenging and overwhelming to navigate!

Our 30-minute social and emotional learning sessions support children aged 4-8 to build emotional awareness, self-regulation and confidence through fun, age-appropriate activities designed to help them thrive at school and beyond.

All abilities welcome!
