Event description
Empowered Eating is a weight-neutral approach that focuses on promoting a healthier relationship with food.
This program was developed by registered dietitians and mental health professionals to encourage self-compassion, challenge mainstream food and diet rules, and support you in nourishing and caring for your body. If you often feel guilty about your eating habits, consider yourself an emotional eater, or want to break free from the cycle of dieting and feel more empowered in your food choices, this program is designed for you.
During this program, you’ll:
- Explore your current relationship with food
- Explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors around food
- Receive new tools, ideas, and ways of thinking to go forward
Our registered dietitian will lead you through four weeks of interactive online group sessions, with a complimentary activity book to keep you on track.
Join us on the following Thursdays, from 6:00pm till 8:00pm:
- April 24/25
- May 1/25
- May 8/25
- May 15/25
Registration (for the group of 4 sessions) is required.
A Teams link will be sent to all registered attendees 24-hours before each session.
