During this program, you’ll:

Explore your current relationship with food
Explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors around food
Receive new tools, ideas, and ways of thinking to go forward

Our registered dietitian will lead you through four weeks of interactive online group sessions, with a complimentary activity book to keep you on track.

Registration (for the group of 4 sessions) is required.
