Empowered Educators Workshop #2
Event description
The Empowered Educators series supports reflective cycles to enhance student learning. It is not too late to join and have an impact. Access materials in the MyUni course, identify a learning and teaching enhancement and register for the workshop on 15 April to complete your plan for implementation and evaluation.
For those who are already engaged in the series, continue your Empowered Educators learning journey and hear about the experience of colleagues at the April workshop. The Academic Leads will provide hands-on guidance for your learning and teaching enhancement and support you to make progress towards your goal. Remember to access the support materials in the MyUni course.
This will be a working session with dedicated time for progressing the plans for your enhancement with support from peers and Academic Leads. You can choose to attend the session on-campus or online via Zoom. If you are attending on-campus, please bring your device and any notes you have made so far about your plans. If you are joining via Zoom, you will be able to hear the initial presentations and then you will work with colleagues in breakout rooms with facilitation and support from an academic lead.
We collect your a-number during registration to ensure our records of participation in professional learning activities are accurate. We may be requested by Schools and Faculty to provide a record of staff participation for the purposes of accreditation or as part of School-based professional learning activities. If you wish to opt out of this reporting, please advise teachexcellence@adelaide.edu.au
