Empowered Girls Club is an after school program (9 week term) providing ‘Girl Power’ interactive & wellbeing workshops for girls aged 7-12.

The workshops will provide a safe & supportive environment where girls can develop self-confidence & discuss weekly joys, concerns & enjoy empowering creative activities.

The Empowered Girls Club will run weekly every Monday afternoon 4pm-5pm for the school term (except 26th April - Anzac Day public holiday) & cover the following topics:

Week 1: Individuality & Identifying Strengths

Week 3: Positive Friendships

Week 4: Friendship Fires & Bully-proof Skills

Week 5: Growth Mindset & Resilience

Week 6: Social Skills

Week 7: Calming Strategies

Week 8: Healthy Mind, Healthy Body

Week 9: Revision, reflection, presentation

Girls can attend for just one term or come along all year (different activities every term!).

We explore these topics through movement, worksheets, journals, vibrant discussion, active games, role play & art/craft.

Classes will be limited to 15 girls per class.

Cost is $198 for the full term (inclusive of Humanitix fees).
