Welcome to Empowered Woman Sacred Sister Circles

Women have been gathering in sacred space since ancient times.

Sharing soul stories, wisdom and medicine.

Supporting and empowering each other through holding space where women are truly witnessed in their
authentic truth.

The magnitude of power and healing that is activated when women cannot be compared to anything else.

These circles have been created for the women who desire to:

🌹 Feel empowered with a deep understanding of who they are
🌹 Connect to their body
🌹 Explore their sensuality and unique feminine expression
🌹 Cultivate a relationship of unwavering safety and trust with themselves
🌹 Explore embodiment practices & holistic self-healing modalities
🌹 Learn take home tools & practices to support nervous system regulation & self-healing
🌹 Cultivate connections with like-minded women
🌹 Invite less seriousness, more play, curiousity and exploration into our self discovery journey

These circles will be running monthly. While similar in structure, the theme of the circle will change monthly.

This months theme: Reclaiming the Temple of the Body

Our body is the physical home our soul has chosen to reside in, to live in, in this lifetime.

The home that we carry with us WHERE EVER we go.

The places we live in will come and go, as will people. Our body however, is with us - until we die.

Women's bodies have been sexualised, demonised, objectified, judged & shamed for thousands of years.

So somewhere along the way, a collective belief anchored that it is not safe for women to BE IN our bodies - to authentically express ourselves, to establish individuality in the way we show up in the world, to take up space... to feel in our bones our rite to be here, on the earth, in the FULLNESS of our expression - Sensual, sexual, wild, soft, loving, raging, tender, teary, joyful, cheeky, orgasmic and everywhere in between.

There is no safer place on Earth than residing wholey and completely in our physical body.

Being able to be with all sensations that move through her. Looking after her as we would a loved one. Owning the parts of us that have been disowned - by society, loved ones and ourselves. Loving her - warts and all.

Our body holds wisdom more ancient than our minds can imagine. Our body stores subconscious memories from all our life. Grief, trauma, pain - making it a place that can feel scary to connect to.

It also allows us to experience pleasure - IMMENSE amounts of pleasure.

It's become cool to be conscious and connected to our spirituality and the higher realms, manifesting and doing all those fun things but if were disconnected from our body in the process, what's the point of even being human?

We are both human and spirit.

We are the panther.

The panther has no predators. The panther fully resides in her body - struts through the jungle on heat, claiming her space in the world, making sure her basic needs are met - to eat, to fuck, to bleed, to get angry, to rest, to live.

When we reclaim our body, our innately primal nature, we open ourselves to experiencing more pleasure, to actually being able to manifest the life we desire (cause the mind can only imagine, but the body makes shit happen!), to embody the fullness of our expression.

Life happens WITH US, rather than to us.

It's time to reclaim your panther.

May this be a beautiful opportunity for you to let go of everything happening in the outer world and gift yourself this time to nourish you, cultivate an intimate connection within yourself and with like-minded women

Lovingly held by sacred Ceremonial Cacao, this soft, sensual, nourishing journey will include:

First you've heard of Ceremonial Cacao?

Allow your heart to be nurtured and nourished by the ancient sacred medicine of cacao that allows for deeper presence, connection, expansion and self-exploration.

Sacred ceremonial cacao has been used in rituals and celebrations for thousands of years.

Ancient Mayan legend tells us that cacao journeys from the rainforests when there is an imbalance between humans, our activity and the Earth to bring people back to their hearts and return the Earth to a state of harmony and balance.

Cacao has once again come into our lives to support us during this great shift in humanity.

This sounds wonderful, who will be facilitating this space?
