Patricia Garcia has been working with clients to achieve their financial dreams since 2012 and has owned Your Vision Financial Solutions since December 2016. She is passionate about empowering women to take control of their financial future, providing the confidence and knowledge needed to achieve their personal and professional goals. Patricia has received numerous awards, including the Fortnum Adviser of the Year Award (2024), FPA Financial Planners AFP of the Year (2017), and Women in Finance Rising Star of the Year (2016). She was also named one of Australia’s top 50 most influential advisers by FS Power50 in 2022 and 2018.

Alex Holland proudly leads the Kelly Lawyers team as Principal & Legal Practitioner Director with more than 15 years legal experience. Alex is dedicated to providing each client with clear and transparent advice, delivered in a timely manner and to a professional standard. With the ability to provide advice across many practice areas including conveyancing, estate planning and commercial, Alex prides herself on her ability to advise her clients mindful of the interplay between different areas of law. Alex has professional memberships with the Queensland Law Society and as an Affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Sacha Millar is the General Manager and co-owner of WBP Group Property Valuations Qld. Sacha has owned and operated a valuation firm for over 17 years and enjoys helping clients get the best result when transacting in property. WBP Group Qld has 20 valuers covering South East Qld and northern NSW and helps clients with valuations when buying and selling, for accounting purposes, family law and wills and estate matters as well as for SMSF. 

 

Lauren Jones is the principal of Lauren Jones Buyers Agency and a fully licensed agent and Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA®.) She has over 6 years of experience in the Real Estate and Financial Services sectors. Lauren focuses on selecting properties that will outperform Brisbane’s market and fast track her client’s wealth creation. She does this through data analysis and understanding the investment grade fundamentals of property. What’s more, she also specialises in long term investment acquisition and achieving a superior rate of capital growth. Being a property owner and investor herself, Lauren understands property as more than just an asset, but as a vehicle of wealth. With her long-term mindset and extensive knowledge of property, Lauren aims to work with her clients over the long term.
