Renita empowers women through movement, mindset and nutrition to sculpt strong bodies and minds, helping women build both their confidence and overall well-being from the inside out to feel their best as well as cultivate a lifestyle they are proud of and love!

Natalie —With over a decade of experience in Psychology and extensive teaching at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Natalie combines her heritage and expertise to bridge the gap between mind and spirit. A paid medium and tarot reader, she brings a wealth of knowledge in mindfulness and holistic well-being.
