The Empower Hour is a four-part virtual workout series hosted by The Evolved All Female Gym, designed to get the whole office interacting and joining in the River to Rooftop fun. These short, high-impact sessions are perfect for boosting team morale and getting behind a cause that matters.

How it works:

• Register your office once via this Humanitix page. Before each session, you’ll receive the live-stream link by email. When the session begins, each participant simply scans the QR code displayed on the screen to check in.
• All fitness levels welcome
