Empowering Teen Girls With Yoga - Free Class!
Description
In these challenging times, it can feel overwhelming to process all that is happening in our hearts, minds, bodies, and the world. Rachel Stern (Heart-Shaped Yoga) is happy to offer a free yoga practice for girls* ages 13-18. Participants will be invited (if they desire) to share what is on their minds and hearts in a confidential space, and then have the opportunity to drop into the wisdom of the body. Together, we will explore movement, breath, meditation, and curiosity, and emerge with new perspectives and tools to care for ourselves. All levels of yoga experience and ability are welcome!
*Non-binary, gender-curious, and transgender girls welcome.
When: Wednesday, December 6th, 4:30pm-6:00pm
