Navigating adolescence can be emotionally, physically, and spiritually challenging for Jewish teens in a secular world. In this 6-week yoga series, Rachel Stern (Heart-Shaped Yoga) will lead girls* ages 13-18 through a practice of movement, breath, meditation, and reflection in an intentional and safe space for exploration and curiosity. Together, we will co-create a community of mutual support, respect, confidentiality, and consent. All levels of yoga experience and ability are welcome! Participants will emerge from the program feeling empowered, embodied, and further strengthened physically and emotionally to lead a life of mitzvah.

*Non-binary, gender-curious, and transgender girls welcome.

$36-$72 sliding scale per person for the series. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
