There will be a beautiful tea station set up and a glorious wholesome savory food platter that was generously donated by Nat from Barefoot Grazing. We can't forget to mention the sweet treats we have,and delicious!!!🧀🍢🍰🍵

We are so lucky to have this very special guest come and take us on a sacred sound journey of the senses with the very talented Erin, from Erin Cummings Sound Healing! Erin offers Sound of Being Journeys that combines meditation, breathwork and sound healing! Sound of Being Journeys use the organic world of sound and vibration to support inner contemplation, self-enquiry and returning to a state of emotional, physical and energetic balance. Seats are supplied for those that prefer to remain seated.

Pre-existing health conditions and sound healing information -

The 45-minute session is run in lying and seated positions on a yoga mat. Cushions, bolsters and blankets can be used to find a position of comfort
Hearing aides can be directly interfered with by the sounds. Individuals with hearing aides can still participate in sound healing, receiving the sound with their hearing aides turned off
Pregnant women can receive sound from a distance of 2 meters and breathwork practices can be adjusted
Breathwork practices can be adjusted for individuals with pre-existing respiratory or cardiovascular health conditions
Individuals experiencing mental health conditions that include active psychotic symptoms or suicidal thoughts may find some aspects of a sound healing journey challenging. In these cases, an individually tailored sound healing experience may be more appropriate
Individuals with a pacemaker or sound-induced epilepsy may need clearance from their medical practitioner.
