One day training in 4 modules (9.30am – 4.30pm).

Morning break: coffee/tea provided.

~ Discover what’s really holding you back "Making the Most of Me", helping women take back control of their life. 11am to 12.15pm

Lunch break: food can be purchased at the cafe.

~ Simple steps to move forward and achieve success in life and work.1pm to 2.15pm

Afternoon break: coffee/tea provided.

~ Empowering women to get back into the workforce or start their own business. It’s time to create your game plan. 2.45pm to 4.30pm

Topics and practical activities include: teaching NLP techniques that show women how to shift their state of mind quickly from negative to positive. The impact of positive language, both self-talk and communicating with others. Creating their vision for the future. Setting goals and being accountable for the outcomes. Sharing mindset tools to help overcome challenges, deal with stress, fear and self-doubt so women can re-enter the workforce (or start a business).

Cafe available from 7.30am to 3.30pm.
