Do you like to cook? Are you looking for a job in Hospitality? Or are you interested in learning some new recipes to use at home?

Aunty Beryl is an Indigenous cook from Redfern who is putting on an opportunity for us to learn about native ingredients, and what kind of modern dishes we can use them in. We will get to hear about her journey into the hospitality industry and her 50 years experience. There will also be a chance to hear from Indigenous Chefs from some of Sydney’s top restaurants about their jobs.

Please note that this session is ONLY for anyone who identifies at Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

Location is a short walk from Redfern Train Station.
