Empowered Women Wednesday is an intimate 9D Breathwork experience where women can step away from the roles, responsibilities and expectations of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.

Some weeks we'll breathe into confidence, self-worth, strength and empowerment. Other weeks we'll gently venture deeper—exploring letting go, emotional healing, old beliefs and the things we may have carried for far too long.

Every journey is different, but every Wednesday comes back to one thing:

YOU.

The woman underneath the roles.
The woman underneath the expectations.
The woman who deserves space for herself too.

Who is Empowered Women Wednesday for?

For the woman who:
