How do we navigate suffering, old age, sickness and death in ways that enrich our search for meaning and purpose? What can we actually do with our minds, and in our outer actions, to promote peace for ourselves and others? Why is understanding the emptiness of inherent existence a tremendous relief to those who understand it? Where do healing practices, such as Medicine Buddha, fit into our understanding of the nature of samsara/cyclic existence?

This course will offer techniques for healing and philosophical discussions into the nature of suffering, wellbeing and being of benefit to the world.

While this class is geared towards Dharma Students with background in, and deep connection to Tibetan Buddhism, it is also open to everyone interesting in exploring different ways of thinking and healing.
