Welcome to a beautiful afternoon Celebrating the end of Autumn.

Join me and other like spirited sisters in creating Magic for Mind, Body and Soul as we spend the afternoon in Sacred Circle connecting; taking pause and enjoying our inner stillness; sharing experiences and stories; restoring balance to ourselves, our energy.

We will also nourish ourselves with some delicious snacks and a glass of bubbles to celebrate Sisterhood!

Autumn is an abundant season. In nature the transition to Winter is almost complete. Much of nature is completing its preparation for the slower, colder months, a time of hibernation. For us it's a wonderful time to gather and acknowledge the fruits of out labour as we prepare for winter.

It's also a time to tune into our own instincts and desires, to follow our intuition on what we want and need.

* What do we still need to do in readiness for the approaching season for inner reflection?

* Are our inner stores, our inner reserves ready for the coming winter?

During our time together we will:

• Gather in Meditation, connecting to ourselves, Mother Earth, and the energy of the season.

• Sit together round the fire sharing stories and experiences of this time of year and the impact of its energy.

• Carry out a Releasing Ritual to shed anything we no longer want in our lives, creating space within.

• Develop Seeds of Intentions and tend to the space within to feed them through the winter. Intentions set now stay with us through winter into spring.

• Celebrate the season and Sisterhood with a glass of bubbles and nourishing snacks. (Tea and soft drink will also be available.
