Treat yourself to a relaxing Yin Yoga session with live acoustic music, followed by nourishing tea.

The session offers a slower-paced and meditative style of yoga that focuses on stillness of the mind and body. There will be beautifully crafted acoustic guitar music performed live to complement your practice.

Yin Yoga is known to work wonders by reducing your stress and anxiety, increasing your flexibility and strengthening your joints. The session will involve a series of long held floor poses (3-5 mins), designed to deeply stretch the layers of fascia (connective tissues) in your body.

No previous yoga experience is required - suitable for all levels.

Please arrive no later than 3:50pm to give yourself plenty of time to nestle in. The session starts strictly at 4pm and the door will be closed once it starts.

Bring your own yoga mat, drink bottle and anything else that makes you feel comfortable (pillows, cushions, bolsters and blankets etc.).

No props are required for this practice but please bring yoga blocks if you have them.

Wear something comfy and bring extra layers of clothing to keep yourself warm.

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
