End of the Year Sound & Cacao Meditation Journey

When: Sunday 22nd of November 2026 at 3PM - 5:30PM (150 minutes / 2 ½ hours)

It’s that special time again, and I’m so excited to gather with you once more.

This will be the final small group session for 2026. Each participant will receive a small present to take home as a token of gratitude for the year.

This session will be also an extended session than the usual small group sound & cacao meditation sessions.

Additionally, there will be a 10% off all shop items on the day.

Whether this is your first time joining me or you’re a familiar face in our circle, know that you belong here. This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself in the company of beautiful souls.

Together, we’ll:
• Share in the heart-opening ritual of ceremonial cacao (Heirloom Cacao).
• Surrender to the therapeutic vibrations of crystal bowls and other beautiful instruments.
• Hold space for one another as we journey inward.
• Special extended end of the year closing circle with the beautiful Macambo (white cacao), light snacks and activities to end 2026 and begin 2027.

What to bring

Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel at ease, a water bottle, your own blanket, or/and a pillow. That said, I’ll have everything you need on the day, including yoga bolsters.

You’re welcome to bring your own eye mask for added comfort.

Location: This event will take place in Frankston South at my small boutique studio, a tranquil location perfect for deepening your meditation practice.

About the Facilitator

Jessica brings a rich and diverse professional background to her practice. As a former Early Childhood Educator and most recently an Integrated Family Services Case Manager, where she supported trauma survivors and families in finding their voice, she has developed a deep understanding of people across all stages of life. Jessica is also currently completing her Graduate Certificate in Family Violence, further deepening her commitment to trauma-informed care.

Through her own path of discovery, Jessica found herself drawn to ancient practices that speak to the soul, the therapeutic vibrations of sound, trauma-informed breathwork that releases what words cannot express, the grounding energy of Reiki, and the heart-opening wisdom of cacao journeys and circles.

As a Certified Trauma-Informed Sound Meditation Practitioner, SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Cacao Circle/Journey Facilitator, Jessica now brings this wealth of experience and heartfelt practice together through her own business, Blüte Sound Therapy & Wellbeing

In her sessions, the resonant tones of therapeutic instruments wash away tension, and ceremonial cacao opens hearts to new possibilities. Guided by her professional experience and her own journey, Jessica believes that everyone deserves to feel whole again.
