End of Year Celebration - Volunteering Program

To all registered volunteers, join us in celebrating the year that was!

2023 is quickly coming to a close and we've experienced 2 amazing orientations, a massive Open Day, multiple events and of course all the assignments and exams!

We deserve to take a break and party!

You're invited to the End of Year Celebration!

There'll be food 🍴, drinks 🥤 and games 🎲 and activities for everyone to enjoy (like our photo area).

Date: Thursday 16 November 2023

Time: 3:00pm – 4:30pm (optional games begin at 3:30pm)

Location: Level 2, The Presentation Room (Upstairs at The Junction), Hawthorn campus

MINI-GAMES - runs from 3:30pm to 4:00pm

(Don't feel like playing games? no worries! you can watch and enjoy the snacks and other activities available)

Get involved in some competitive games to see if you can WIN BIG!
You could be walking away with some awesome branded Merch.

In teams, together you'll be playing multiple little games to score points to be the ultimate winner and win a prize!

To attend, you must sign up.

We will organise catering depending on the number of attendees, so please only sign up if you know you can attend.
