    Event description

Join a diverse cross-section of coastal and marine stewards to share stories and experiences from around the state. You will hear from citizen scientists, community groups, state and local government representatives, and industry partners, who are working together to protect, maintain and enhance coastal and marine environments around Western Australia.

    • Meet others working in the field  • Share your concerns with your peers
    • Learn from others  • Form state-wide partnerships

Climate change poses a significant threat to some of our most fragile and dynamic marine and coastal environments, so let’s come together and discuss a collective agenda for coastal & marine stewardship across our state.

This event is led by WACMN in partnership with the WA Landcare Network (WALN) and is supported by funding from the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage (DPLH), the Western Australian Government’s State NRM Program, and Perth NRM Coastal Capacity Building.

Venue:  Fremantle Surf Life Saving Club, Leighton Beach
    Free event

Please note event proceedings close at 4.30 and a social sundowner will follow from 4.30-5.30.
