We are excited to invite you to our End of Year Gathering on Sunday the 8th of December starting at 3pm.

Our special guests for the afternoon are Dr Kim Garland and The RAW Choir.

Dr Kim Garland is an internationally renowned Peak Performance Psychologist, her expertise underpinned by an impressive 20-year coaching career with clients globally. A Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Masters of Science (Counselling Psychology), Dr Kim holds a decade’s worth of experience in the banking industry.

She will be talking to us about female imposter syndrome and how to overcome it. Using The ACT Method principles, Dr Kim empowers clients to become limitless in a world of boundaries. She helps people shift mental barriers to be instinctive decision-makers who perform confidently.

Alongside her warmth, genuine nature, and sharp mind, her ability to take individuals beyond their perceived best is remarkable.

Dr Kim’s coaching facilitates high-performing individuals and business leaders to develop their growth mindset, foster mental resilience, and enhance cognitive agility. She teaches clients to harness flow in high-pressure situations and embrace uncertainty.

The RAW Choir is a wonderful ensemble of women who will entertain us with their beautiful voices led by the incredible Jodie McInnes.

The afternoon will be facilitated by Dr Majorie O'Neill, the Member for Coogee.
