End of Year - Closing Circle

The focus and theme for our final circle for 2021 will be all about "Letting go"

I think it's safe to say its been one heck of a rollercoaster of a year and I'm sure a lot us us want to say goodbye to 2021 and bring on 2022.

Let's dive into the good, the bad and the ugly and discuss our lessons, trials and tribulations. What we learnt, what we need to let go of and what we achieved or hope to achieve in 2022.

Together we will clear out what no longer serves us via breath-work, meditation and a healing crystal signing bowl sound journey, ceremonial Cacao followed by a delicious organic vegan Dahl and rice.

Join us as we set our intentions (there is power in numbers especially when we do things together on a Full Moon).

There will be a few journaling activities to jot down our thoughts and feelings (better out than in), meditation to ground and connect to the spirit of cacao as well as a sound healing.

Please feel free to wear your favourite comfy Goddess dress to channel your inner Goddess, bring a your journal and your favourite pen. Yoga mats & bolsters will be provided.

Let us finish the year in circle, connecting to each other an ourselves followed by a nourishing meal.
