Greg will give you tools on achieving that calm state of mind during the Christmas period, even when faced with crowds at the shops, numerous social engagements and awkward family moments..

Following the meditation and talk, we will serve a delicious vegetarian lunch. This meal has been sponsored by a generous person in our community and is free for you.

If you'd like to come, make sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible as numbers are limited.

If you book and can't make it for some reason, please let us know at least 48 hours before the day so someone else can attend in your place.
